My Favorite Sherwin-Williams Wall Paints and Finishes.

I recently posted an Instagram reel about how sheen makes all the difference when it comes to paint appearance and durability. I thought I would expand on that and share my personal favorites in this blog!

Sherwin Williams offers a variety of finishes from ‘dead’ flat to high gloss.

Here is a glimpse into my favorite Sherwin-Williams products and finishes for those products.

Emerald in Flat or Matte finishes.

Emerald is one of the top quality of paints manufactured by Sherwin-Williams. Even in the flat and matte finishes, Emerald boasts exceptional washability, durability, and coverage.

Duration Home in Flat or Matte finishes.

Much like the Emerald, Duration offers washable and durable flat and matte finishes. Duration has advanced stain-blocking technology that helps to hide old stains and allows new stains to be wiped clean.

Cashmere in the Flat finish.

Cashmere flat is not your ‘ordinary’ flat as it has just a touch of sheen and is more comparable to a matte verses a ‘dead’ flat. Cashmere rolls on buttery smooth and offers a luxurious finish. While it is considered more of a mid-grade paint, Cashmere is scrubbable and easy to maintain.
