Wetwall

Hi everyone,

I just spent some time with a Wilsonart rep for my area and man oh man, did I see some cool stuff! A lot of ya’ll are probably familiar with the Wilsonart brand. They have been around for a long time and are known for quality engineered surfaces. I was already familiar with their quartz and engineered laminate, but I just learned about a new company under the Wilsonart umbrella called Wetwall that is quite interesting. The website states that Wetwall is “the modern alternative to tile” and can be used in both commercial and residential settings. It comes in a tongue and groove panel system and is also very DIY friendly. Those that know me know that I am NOT a DIYer. I’ve tried (lord knows I’ve tried) to do some DIY stuff around my house and the results have never been good. I’m what you might call….. “mechanically challenged”. But the Wetwall website (and the many DIY youtube videos using the material) claim it only takes 2.5 hours to put together and it ALMOST makes me want to try it myself on my guest bathroom.

I know this is starting to sound like a paid advertisement for Wetwall, but I am not getting any kind of commission. I just think this stuff is cool and I wanted to share my findings.

The picture on the blog is from the website showcasing Darlington Cherry (which might be my favorite). If you want to check it out yourself, just head over to Wetwall.

I hope you find this as cool as I do!
